Initial Consultation


The first Step is to arrange to meet for an initial, preliminary evaluation session to discuss your reasons for seeking help and what you would like to get from therapy. During this meeting you will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about what happens in therapy and express any concerns.
This session will also serve to clarify and discuss issues concerning the setting as well as the conditions necessary to secure the safety and reliability of the therapy.

Ongoing therapy


If we then agree after our initial session that it would be desirable and beneficial for us to work together, we will schedule a 50 minute appointment to meet at the same time each week. I work with clients on an open-ended basis.
